益母草注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇用于预防剖宫产产后出血的临床效果

Clinical curative effects of leonurus japonicus injection combined with carboprost tromethamine in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的探讨益母草注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇预防剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月~2017年8月在我院接受剖宫产手术的孕妇188例,按随机数字表法分为观察组94例和对照组94例。对照组于剖宫产术后给予卡前列素氨丁三醇,观察组在对照组的基础上应用益母草注射液,对比治疗效果。结果与对照组术后2h出血量(340.81±10.74)mL和术后24h出血量(470.81±11.86)mL相比,观察组术后2h出血量(300.12±10.53)mL和术后24h出血量(435.77±11.33)mL相对较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药后不良反应发生率为13.83%少于对照组31.91%(P<0.05);观察组子宫底下降速度(1.31±0.43)cm/d快于对照组(0.83±0.22)cm/d,恶露持续时间(13.81±4.50)d少于对照组(22.62±5.93)d(P<0.05);观察组在术后24h的血红蛋白[(96.32±10.55)g/LVS.(106.97±18.32)g/L],纤维蛋白原[(3.42±0.41)g/mLVS(.4.51±0.43)g/mL],D-二聚体[(1.23±0.21)mg/LVS(.3.02±0.22)mg/L]均小于对照组。结论益母草注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇可以有效预防剖宫产产后出血,降低不良反应的发生,有助于子宫收缩复旧。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of leonurus japonicus injection combined with carboprost tromethamine in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods 188 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected. According to the random number table methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 94 cases in each group.The control group was given carboprost tromethamine after cesarean section while the observation group was given leonurus japonicus injection on basis of the control group. Curative effects were compared. Results Compared with 2h postoperative bleeding volume bleeding volume (340.81±10.74)mL and 24h postoperative bleeding volume bleeding volume (470.81±11.86)mL in the control group,2h postoperative bleeding volume bleeding volume (300.12±10.53)mL and 24h postoperative bleeding volume bleeding volume (435.77±11.33)mL was relatively less,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The descending speed of uterus bottom in the observation group (1.31±0.43)cm/d was faster than that of the control group (0.83±0.22)cm/d.The duration of lochia (13.81±4.50)d was less than that of the control group (22.62±5.93)d (P < 0.05).In the observation group,24h postoperative hemoglobin [(96.32±10.55)g/L vs.(106.97±18.32)g/L],fibrinogen [(3.42±0.41)g/mL vs.(4.51±0.43)g/mL] and D-dimer [(1.23±0.21)mg/L vs.(3.02±0.22)mg/L] were all lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Leonurus japonicus injection combined with carboprost tromethamine can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section,reduce occurrence of adverse reactions and help the contraction of the uterus involution.
