安列克防治前置胎盘剖宫产术中及术后出血临床效果分析

Analysis on clinical curative effect of carboprost tromethamine injection in prevention and treatment of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding of cesarean section of placenta previa

目的探讨安列克防治前置胎盘剖宫产术中及术后出血临床效果。方法选取我院2014年7月~2018年7月收治的100例前置胎盘行剖宫产手术产妇展开研究,根据不同治疗方案,将研究对象分为研究组、对照组,各50例。对照组在胎儿娩出、胎盘剥离后用缩宫素、宫腔填纱预防术中、术后出血,基于此,研究组增加安列克预防术中、术后出血,分析两组术中出血量、术后出血量、生命体征变化情况、术后出血率。结果术中出血量、术后出血量、术后出血率与对照组相比,研究组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血压水平、脉膊、血氧饱和度研究组与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在前置胎盘行剖宫产术时,给予产妇安列克,既可减少术中、术后出血量,又可降低术后出血率,且产妇生命体征较平稳,安全性较高,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of carboprost tromethamine injection in prevention and treatment of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding of cesarean section of placenta previa. Methods 100 parturient women who underwent cesarean section of placenta previa in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2018 were selected as research objects. According to different therapeutic regimens, they were divided into the study group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group used oxytocin and uterine packing to prevent intraoperative and postoperative bleeding after delivery of the fetus and placenta separation. Based on it, the study group also used carboprost tromethamine injection to prevent intraoperative and postoperative bleeding. Intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood loss, changes of vital signs and postoperative bleeding rate in the two groups were analyzed. Results Intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood loss and postoperative bleeding rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood pressure level, pulse and oxygen saturation between the study group and the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion Incesarean section of placenta previa, carboprost tromethamine injection for parturient women can reduce not only the intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, but also the postoperative bleeding rate.The vital signs of parturient women are relatively stable andits safety is high. It has a higher clinical application value, which is worthy of promoting.
