护理关怀理念对ICU危重患者护理质量及满意度的影响

Effect of nursing care concept on nursing quality and satisfaction of ICU critical ill patients

目的探讨护理关怀理念对ICU危重患者护理质量及满意度的影响。方法选取我院于2015年2月~2017年6月收治的80例ICU危重患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组40例予以常规护理,研究组40例加以护理关怀理念。比较两组患者ICU综合征发生率、护理质量、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果研究组ICU综合征发生率为12.50%显著低于对照组32.50%。研究组抑郁评分、焦虑评分、疼痛评分、睡眠指数均显著低于对照组,ICU监护时间、拔管时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各方面护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前生活质量各维度评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),干预后两组生活质量各维度评分均显著升高,且研究组升高明显(P<0.05)。结论护理关怀理念在ICU危重患者中应用可显著降低ICU综合征发生率,提高护理质量及护理满意度,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing care concept on nursing quality and satisfaction of ICU critically ill patients. Methods 80 ICU critically ill patients who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February to June 2017 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group.40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing while 40 patients in the study group were given nursing care concept.The incidence of ICU syndrome,quality of nursing,satisfaction with nursing and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of ICU syndrome in the study group (12.50%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (32.50%).The depression score,anxiety score,pain score and sleep index of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The ICU monitoring time and extubation time of the study group were significantly shorter than the control group (P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of all aspects of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the quality of life of the two groups were significantly increased,and the study group increased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing care concept in critically ill patients in ICU can significantly reduce the incidence of ICU syndrome,improve the quality of care and satisfaction of nursing and improve the quality of life of patients.
