个性化护理对2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的影响

Effects of individualized nursing on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction

目的探讨个性化护理对80例2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的影响情况。方法分析我院2017年6月~2018年6月收治80例2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者临床资料,依据干预措施进行分组,对照组40例和观察组40例,观察两组患者干预前后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)、美国国立卫生研究院的脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活质量评分(ADL)评分、运动评估量表(MAS)评分。结果两组患者干预前FPG、HbA1C、2hBG、NIHSS评分、ADL评分、MAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者干预后FPG、HbA1C、2hBG、NIHSS评分低于干预前,ADL评分、MAS评分均高于干预前,观察组患者干预后FPG、HbA1C、2hBG、NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分、MAS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理在2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者,可以改善患者血糖水平和神经功能,提高患者日常生活能力和运动功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore effects of individualized nursing on 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were analyzed. According to intervention measures,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Fasting blood glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), postprandial 2h blood glucose (2h BG),National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score,activity of daily living (ADL) score and motor assessment scale (MAS) score before and after intervention were observed in the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in FPG,HbA1C,2h BG,NIHSS score,ADL score and MAS score between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05).FPG,HbA1C,2h BG and NIHSS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those before the intervention,and the ADL score and MAS score were higher than those before the intervention.FPG,HbA1C,2h BG and NIHSS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those before the intervention,and the ADL score and MAS score were higher than those before the intervention.The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction can improve blood sugar level and nerve function of patients and improve their activity of daily living and motor function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
