预见性护理管理在手术患者麻醉复苏中的应用观察

Application of predictive nursing management in anesthesia resuscitation of surgical patients

目的探讨预见性护理管理在手术患者麻醉复苏中的应用效果。方法分析我院2018年3~8月收治的408例手术患者临床资料,采用随机纸片法进行分组,对照组198例和观察组210例。观察两组手术患者平均住院时间、苏醒时间、术后生活质量、复苏室费用、呕吐、恶心、低氧血症、非计划性拔管、躁动评价情况。结果观察组手术患者平均住院时间、苏醒时间、复苏室费用均低于对照组,术后生活质量高于对照组,观察组手术患者呕吐、恶心、低氧血症、非计划性拔管均低于对照组,观察组手术患者躁动评分、躁动发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理管理在手术患者麻醉复苏中应用,可以降低住院时间、苏醒时间、复苏室费用和并发症,缓解患者躁动发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing management in anesthesia resuscitation of surgical patients. Methods The clinical data of 408 surgical patients in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were analyzed, they were divided into groups by random paper method, 198 cases in the control group and 210 cases in the observation group. The average hospital stay,wake up time,life quality after operation,resuscitation room costs, vomit, nausea, hypoxemia, unplanned extubation, restlessness evaluation of the two groups were observed. Reuslts The average hospital stay, wake up time, resuscitation room costs of the observation group were lower than the control group, the life quality after operation was higher than the control group. Vomit, nausea, hypoxemia and unplanned extubation of the observation group were lower than the control group, the restlessness evaluation score, restlessness incidence rate of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive nursing management in anesthesia resuscitation of surgical patients can reduce hospital stay, recovery time, cost of resuscitation room and complications, and alleviate the incidence of restlessness, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
