鼻内镜下低温等离子治疗中、老年难治性鼻出血的疗效分析

Analysis on curative effects of low temperature plasma under nasal endoscope in treatment of refractory epistaxis in middle aged and elderly patients

目的分析在中、老年难治性鼻出血治疗中应用鼻内镜下低温等离子的疗效。方法选取在我院接受诊治的72例中、老年难治性鼻出血患者作为研究对象,应用随机分配法将其分为A组和B组,每组36例。A组给予鼻腔填塞进行治疗,B组给予鼻内镜下低温等离子手术进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察分析。结果观察两组患者术后心电图指标发现,B组优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察两组患者术后血压水平和SpO2(血氧饱和度)发现,B组优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察两组患者术后疼痛情况、住院时间和鼻出血复发率发现,B组优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子治疗中、老年难治性鼻出血的疗效显著良好,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effects of low temperature plasma under nasal endoscope in treatment of refractory epistaxis in middle aged and elderly patients. Methods 72 middle-aged and elderly patients with refractory epistaxis who were treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into group A and group B by the random allocation method,with 36 cases in each group.Group A was given nasal packing for treatment while group B was treated with low temperature plasma surgery under nasal endoscope.Clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were observed and analyzed. Results After observation of postoperative electrocardiogram(ECG)indexes of the two groups,it was found that group B was better than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Postoperative blood pressure level and SpO2(blood oxygen saturation)of the two groups were observed,and it was found that group B was superior to group A,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).After observation of postoperative pain,hospital stay and recurrence rate of epistaxis in the two groups,it was found that group B was better than group A,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Lowtemperature plasma under nasal endoscope in treatment of middle aged and elderly patients with refractory epistaxis has significantly good curative effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
