摘要 目的对血站血液库存计划实施动态管理,在有效控制血液过期报废的同时,保障临床用血安全和需求。方法应用Excel2003对肇庆市2013年1月~2017年12月红细胞类、血浆类、冷沉淀凝血因子类、单采血小板类血液品种的出库情况建立数据库并分析各种血液品种的出库特点。结果2013年1月~2017年12月,除了单采血小板出库量稍有波动外,红细胞类、血浆类、冷沉淀凝血因子类血液品种出库量呈逐年增长趋势,血型需求偏型的现象明显,其中O型红细胞比例占43%左右,AB型红细胞比例仅占5%左右,去白细胞悬浮红细胞出库量及出库比例增长迅速,出库量从2013年的3696U增加到2017年的14158U,出库比例从9.17%增加到28.41%。结论合理的血液库存量有利于适应不同时期临床医疗的用血需求,保证有充足的血液供应,控制血液过期报废,保障临床用血安全和需求。 Objective To implement dynamic management of blood inventory plan of blood stations to ensure the safety and demand of clinical blood while effectively controlling the expired blood. Methods Excel 2003 was used to establish a database for the out of storage of red blood cells, plasma, cryoprecipitate clotting factor and apheresis platelets blood species from January 2013 to December 2017 in Zhaoqing and to analyze the out of storage characteristics of various blood varieties. Results From January 2013 to December 2017,except for a slight fluctuation in the amount of out of storage of apheresis platelets,the amount of red blood cells, plasma and cryoprecipitate clotting factor showed an increasing trend year by year. The phenomenon of blood type demand deviation was obvious,among which the proportion of type O red blood cells accounted for about 43% and that of type AB red blood cells only accounted for about 5%. The amount and the proportion of out of storage of leukocyte-depleted suspension red blood cells increased rapidly from 3696U in 2013 to 14158U in 2017,and the proportion increased from 9.17% to 28.41%. Conclusion Reasonable blood inventory amount is conducive to adapting to the blood demand of clinical medicine in different periods,ensuring adequate blood supply,controlling the expired blood and ensuring the safety and demand of clinical blood.
