摘要 近年来极小户型住宅深受都市白领阶层的青睐,它不是单纯地减小面积,而是通过装配式与全宅智能化来实现功能的最大延伸,提升居住体验;同时随着5G时代的到来,价格高昂的有线智能家居也向无线转变,带来的成本大幅降低,与极小户型住宅形成优势互补的住宅形式,成为大型城市住宅未来的发展趋势。本文通过研究极小户型住宅智能家居的背景和现状,设计研发一套极小户型住宅智能家居空间。 In recent years, micro houses have been favored by urban white-collar workers. Instead of simply reducing the area, they have realized the maximum extension of functions through prefabricating and intelligentization of the whole house so as to improve the living experience. At the same time, with the arrival of the 5 G er, the high-price wired smart home has also changed to wireless ones, and the cost is greatly reduced. The residential form that complements the advantages of micro houses has become the future development trend of largescale urban residential buildings. This paper studies the background and current situation of smart homes in micro houses, and designs and develops a smart home space for micro houses.
