Solidworks在多功能变形家具领域中的适用性研究 被引量:11

摘要 多功能变形家具设计是工程设计的一种,虚拟仿真分析技术应用在多功能变形家具产品研发是一种趋势。目前虚拟仿真分析技术在机械领域应用广泛,但在多功能变形家具领域应用较少,且参数化模型软件,运动仿真软件,有限元仿真软件三类软件联用方式应用在产品研发中存在一些弊端。Solidworks软件可以完全代替三类软件联用方式完成所有工作,降低模型输入输出损坏率,在多功能变形家具领域中有着独特的优势。针对Solidworks在多功能变形家具领域适用性问题,笔者以多功能变形家具常用的板材为研究对象,测试其应用在Solidworks中所需要的物理性能,采用静载荷试验与软件仿真分析对比,发现结果吻合度较高,验证了Solidworks软件完全可以应用于多功能变形家具设计与制造。 Multi-functional deformation furniture design is a kind of engineering design, and virtual simulation analysis technology is applied to the development of multi-functional deformation furniture products. At present, virtual simulation analysis technology is widely used in the field of machinery, but it is rarely used in the field of multi-functional deformation furniture. Parallel model software, motion simulation software and finite element simulation software used in product research and development have some drawbacks. Solidworks software can completely replace all three types of software to complete all work, reduce the model input and output damage rate, and has unique advantages in the field of multi-functional deformation furniture. In view of the applicability of Solidworks in the field of multi-functional deformation furniture, this paper takes the plate commonly used in multi-functional deformation furniture as the research object, tests the physical properties required for its application in Solidworks,and uses the method of static load test and software simulation analysis. It is found out that the test results are in good agreement with the simulation results, which proves that Solidworks software can be applied to the design and manufacture of multi-functional deformation furniture.
