In the era of digital development, the artificial intelligence industry develops increasingly. Dynamic exhibition mode is gradually replacing the previous static exhibition mode, and the monotonous house type and the traditional single way of living will be more and more difficult to meet the needs of modern people. In the future, intelligent space will compound each big space function, strengthen the communication between people, things, indoor and outdoor space environment. The development of intelligent space, will fuzzy "small" concept in small-sized house. This paper will explore the characteristics, development trend and design principles of intelligent space design,and try to analyze the intelligent space design and its development of small-sized apartment.
