摘要
为识别隧道施工主要事故类型并计算其权重,通过现场调研及查阅相关文献初步罗列出隧道施工中常见事故类型,采用改进的层次分析法(IAHP)按照事故发生频率及造成后果的严重程度进行综合排序并进行量化处理,构造出比较判断矩阵,采用几何加权平均综合判断矩阵法(WGMCJM)计算各类事故的综合权重.首次将IAHP引入到隧道施工事故严重程度分析领域中,并把该方法与WGMCJM相结合计算出各类事故的综合权重,这两种方法在确定隧道施工事故综合权重方面能够很好的结合,计算结果与实际统计结果基本吻合,能够对隧道施工事故进行客观、准确的综合评价,对提高隧道安全施工具有一定的实用价值.
To identify types of major accidents in tunnel construction and calculate its weight, site investigation was applied to preliminary lists common types of accidents in tunnel construction. With the improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) on the severity of accident consequence, comparative judgment matrix was constructed, the weighted geometric average judgment matrix method ( WGMCJM) was used to calculate the comprehensive weights of all kinds of accidents. IAHP was introduced into the field of severity analysis of tunnel construction accidents for the first time, and the case study showed that the IAHP and WGMCJM could be combined to calculate the comprehensive weight of accidents. The application results show that IAHP and WGMCJM are workable in terms of calculating the comprehensive weight. It can objectively and accurately evaluate the severity of tunnel construction accidents, which has certain practical value for improving tunnel safety construction.
