基于现场测试对波浪形磨耗钢轨打磨处理效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 波浪形磨耗是钢轨在使用过程中钢轨顶部沿其纵向出现一种规律性的类似波浪形状的周期性不平顺磨损现象,是轮轨系统普遍存在的一种损伤形式.在各不同铁路运输系统中均有出现,波磨对轨道的危害巨大,不仅会缩短轨道使用寿命,增加养护维修的工作量;同时会影响旅客乘坐的舒适性.本文对钢轨波磨的国内外研究现状进行分析总结,指出了波磨问题的复杂性,同时对神朔重载铁路钢轨波磨病害进行现场调查,结合动力学等相关波磨现场测试手段,利用CAT波磨测试仪获取波磨的基本数据,对比分析钢轨打磨前后动力学指标和平顺性指标,观测结果表明,钢轨打磨可以作为波浪形磨耗的及时处理措施.但是钢轨波浪形磨耗往往还存在着钢轨剥离掉块等病害,仅依靠钢轨打磨不能消除这些病害,因此钢轨打磨不能作为钢轨波磨的长期整治措施. Rail corrugation is a wave-like periodic irregular wear phenomenon in the longitudinal direction at the top of the rail during use. It is a common form of damage in the wheel-rail system. It has appeared in various railway transportation systems. The impact of rail corrugation on the track is huge, which not only shortens the service life of the track, but also increases the workload of maintenance and repair. It also affects the comfort of passengers. This paper analyzed and summarized the research status of rail-wave grinding at home and abroad, pointed out the complexity of the rail corrugation problem, and conducted onthe- spot investigation on the rail corrugation of railroad rails of Shenshuo Heavy-haul Railway. Combined with dynamics and other related field testing methods, the basic data of rail corrugation were obtained by using the CAT rail corrugation tester and the dynamic index and the smoothness index of the rail before and after grinding were compared and analyzed. The observations show that the rail grinding can be used as a timely treatment measure for rail corrugation. However, the corrugation of the rail often has problems such as the steel strip peeling off the block. The grinding of the rail cannot eliminate these diseases. Therefore, the rail grinding cannot be used as a long-term remediation measure for the rail corrugation.
