摘要 结合朔黄铁路大中修工程介绍了既有铁路重载道岔的使用状况,重点阐述了交叉渡线、固定型辙叉、合金钢组合辙叉的现场应用情况.根据新型重载道岔平面线型及结构尺寸,介绍了新型重载道岔结构特征,并对嵌入式高锰钢辙叉和合金钢辙叉两种型式进行了比较,提出了适应朔黄铁路的新型重载道岔的研究方向及强化措施.根据现场试铺应用实践来看,这些强化措施值得在朔黄铁路全线推广,采用预铺移设法成组更换道岔取得了良好的效果,对后续铁路大中修积累了宝贵经验. In this paper, the author introduced the application of heavy haul turnout on existing railways in combination with the major and medium-sized repair project in Shuo-Huang Railway, and focused on the field application of double crossover, fixed frog and alloy steel combined frog. According to the plane line type and structural dimensions of the new type of heavy haul turnout, the author introduced the structural features of the new type of heavy haul turnout, compared two types of embedded high manganese steel frog and alloy steel frog, and put forward the research direction and strengthening measures suitable for Shuo-Huang Railway. Based on the application practice, the strengthening measures are worthy of promotion in the whole line of Shuo-Huang Railway. Good results has been achieved by using pre-laying method to replace turnout in groups, and some valuable experiences have been accumulated for subsequent large and medium-sized railway repair projects.
