摘要
结合3D打印工作原理,针对航空涡轴发动机集成化附件传动机匣存在的加工难度大、周期长等问题,提出了3D打印成形附件传动机匣毛坯的解决方法,并通过试制及试验,验证了3D打印技术在航空涡轴发动机附件传动机匣上应用的可行性。本次工程应用提前暴露了集成化附件传动机匣的设计问题,为其他航空发动机复杂零件设计提供了新的方法和思路。
As for the processing difficulty and the long cycle length of the integrated accessory gearbox of aero turboshaft engine, the paper presented the solution of 3 D printing forming accessory gearbox blank, combining with the working principle of 3 D printing technology and verified the feasibility of the application of 3 D printing technology on the accessory gearbox through trail production and test. The engineering application has exposed the design problem of integrated accessory driving box, providing a new method and idea for the design of other aero-engine complex parts.
