实验载荷下采煤机截割部牵引方向动态特性分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Shearer Cutting Unit Traction Direction Vibration Characteristics on Test Load

摘要 针对实际过程中采煤机截割部的载荷冲击大、振动剧烈的问题。综合考虑了采煤机摇臂的自身特性,以及将调高油缸的支撑特性,并依据胡克定律对其等效刚度进行了描述,建立了采煤机截割部竖直方向上三个自由度非线性动力学模型。将实验采集得到的原始数据,通过小波分解数据处理方法,对其干扰信号进行了降噪重构。以实验测试得到的滚筒截割载荷作为激励,分析了不同举升角下采煤机截割部牵引方向的动态特性。结果表明:滚筒的振动波动较大,驱动电机的振动波动较小,随着采煤机举升角的增加,截割部各部分的振动位移逐渐增大,并且振动位移的波动逐渐变大,当举升角为17°时,滚筒的振动位移均值分别为26.102 mm,最后通过实验对模型结果进行了验证。 According to the problem of larger load impact and violent vibration of shearer cutting unit in the actual process.The self characteristics of the rocker arm of the shearer and the supporting characteristics of adjusting high cylinder were taken into consideration.The equivalent stiffness was described based on Hooke’s law.A nonlinear dynamic model of 3 degrees of freedom in the vertical direction of shearer cutting unit was established.The original data obtained by the experiment were de-noising and reconstructed by the wavelet decomposition data processing method.The cutting load of the drum obtained by the experiment test was used as excitation,the traction direction dynamic characteristics of shearer cutting unit under different lifting angles were analyzed.The results show that the vibration of drum fluctuates greatly.But the vibration fluctuation of the rocker arm and drving motor is small.With the increase of the lifting angle of shearer,the vibration displacement of cutting unit gradually increasing,and the fluctuation of vibration displacement slows down bit by bit.When the lift angle is 37 degrees,the average values of vibration displacement of drum is 26.102 mm respectively.Finally,the results of the model are verified by the experiment.
