铁路是国家基础交通设施之一,是我国综合交通体系中不可或缺的一环,因此铁路的维护工作变得日益繁重,其中日常维护出现的主要问题就是铁路道床中出现的石碴松散现象。为研究捣固镐镐头在高速震动下与石碴产生磨损的情况,提供一种铁路捣固镐镐头磨损的试验机。该装置可通过改变振动频率、石料种类和捣固镐搞头材料来研究捣固镐的磨损情况,为捣固镐设计提供理论依据。

Nowadays, Railway is one of the national basic transportation facilities and an indispensable part of China’s comprehensive transportation system. Daily maintenance work of railway become terribly heavy, and the problem of loose ballast of railway ballast is the main problem of routine maintenance. In order to research wear performance of the pickaxe of tamping pick with ballast under high speed vibration, this article provides an attrition testing machine about the railway pickaxe of tamping pick. By changing vibration frequency, types of stone materials and the material of pickaxe of tamping pick, this machine can study the wear performance of tamping pick and provide a theory basis for the design of tamping pick.
