摘要
在计划经济时代,由于供给决定需求,基础教育的质量单纯地由教育活动的属性来决定,“客体主义”的教育质量观居于主导地位。到了市场经济时代,基础教育的供给出现了多样性,适龄儿童可以根据自身的需求,选择到公立学校、私立学校、国际学校甚至到国外接受基础教育,“主体主义”的基础教育质量观开始显现。“客体主义”与“主体主义”质量观都有其局限性,只有“主客互动主义”的教育质量观才能完整揭示教育质量的本质,才能给出提升基础教育质量的完整策略。
In the era of planned economy,due to the demand decided by the supply,the quality of basic education was simply determined by the characters of education,so the education quality view of objectivism occupied the dominant position. With the coming of market economy,due to the various supplies of basic education,school-age children can choose all kinds of schools,such as,public schools,private schools,international schools or even abroad schools,to accept basic education according to their demands,therefore,subjectivism education quality view began to appear. Both objectivism and subjectivism have their limitations. Only quality view of interactionism between subject and object can fully reveal the essence of education quality and provide a complete strategy to improve the quality of basic education.
