摘要
如果将“生活常态”中得到的知识叫“常识”,那么在信息化社会,学习已经成为普遍的“生活常态”,所以,能够学会的、又被公认的且不被知识产权所保护的知识就成为信息化时代意义上的“常识”。按照势科学的逻辑,消息的有序是信息,信息的有序是知识,知识的有序是方法,方法的有序是智慧。新时代教育需要培养具有创新方法和智慧的人才。知识“被共同地认识”和“被共同地使用”的“共享”条件,是传统社会的特征。在信息化社会,知识的内涵和意义发生了根本的改变,在许多情况下“知识用来互动,常识可以共享”。
If the knowledge acquired from 44normal life "is called ucommon sense",then in the information society, learning has become a common "normal life". Therefore, the knowledge that can be learned, recognized and not protected by intellectual property rights becomes "common sense" in the sense of the information age. According to the logic of potential science, the order of news is information, the order of information is knowledge, and the order of knowledge is method and the order of method is wisdom. Education in the new era needs to cultivate talents with innovative methods and wisdom. The condition of aknowledge being sharedT,and "being used togetherM is the characteristic of traditional society. In the information society, the connotation and meaning of knowledge have changed fundamentally. In many cases,"knowledge is used for interaction and common sense can be shared".
