我国成人高等教育招生数量逐年增加,成人高等教育本科教务管理存在管理机制单一、管理制度不完善、管理人员综合素质较低、信息技术运用效率较低以及教学评价不合理的问题。提升成人高等教育本科教务管理的有效措施是创新教务管理机制、完善教务管理制度、强化教务管理人员素质、运用先进信息技术和建立完善的科学评价体系。

The number of adult higher education enrollment in China is gradually increasing. There are some problems in the undergraduate educational administration of adult higher education, such as single management mechanism, lack of perfect management system, low comprehensive quality of managers, low efficiency of information technology application and unreasonable teaching evaluation. The effective measures to improve the undergraduate educational administration of adult higher education are to innovate the educational administration mechanism, improve the educational administration system, strengthen the quality of educational administration managers, use advanced information technology and establish a sound scientific evaluation system.
