软骨内成骨修复骨损伤的调节机制

Regulation mechanism of endochondral ossification in bone injury repair

摘要 软骨内成骨是主要的骨修复方式之一,它遵循特定的生物学步骤,并涉及复杂的调节机制。近年来,基于软骨内成骨模型开展的骨再生研究日益增多,全面了解其发生机制可以为骨再生的研究提供重要依据。因此,该文对近期软骨内成骨修复骨损伤的调节机制做一综述。 Endochondral ossification is one of the main methods of bone repair, which follows specific biological steps and involves complex regulatory mechanisms. In recent years, it has attracted more and more attention in the field of bone regenerative research based on the endochondral ossification model. A better understanding of the occurrence mechanism of endochondral ossification will allow us to devise strategies to improve bone regeneration. Therefore, this paper reviewed the recent regulation mechanism of osteochondral ossification in bone injury repair.
