摘要 为了降低物料在流动过程中的损耗和对设备的磨损,提高活性焦烟气净化装置的安全性和经济性,通过活性焦在溜管内的流动实验,探究活性焦在不同溜管倾角和底面粗糙度条件下的流动特性。结果表明,在溜管底部设置挡板能够有效地减小活性焦的流动速度和流量,流动速度可减小至无挡板时的70%左右;在溜管底部设置挡板时,应综合考虑活性焦因冲击和磨损产生的损耗;底部设置挡板的溜管的最小使用倾角在45°左右。 In order to reducing the loss of materials during the flow and the impact on the operation of the equipment and improve the safety and economy of the activated coke flue gas purification device, through the flow experiment of activated coke in the chute, the flow characteristics of the activated coke under different inclination and surface roughness were studied. The results show that the flow velocity and flow rate of the activated coke can be effectively reduced by setting baffle at the bottom of the chute. The flow velocity can be reduced to 70% or so when there is no baffle. When the baffle is installed at the bottom of the chute, the loss caused by impact and wear of the activated coke should be considered comprehensively. The minimum use angle of the chute, which is set at the bottom of the baffle at about 45°.
