摘要 地方高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在我国高等教育改革中不断发展和壮大,但其教育质量和办学水平整体偏低、创新能力不够、内涵性发展不足、可持续发展乏力,与"双一流"建设目标和要求还有相当的距离。从比较优势理论视角出发,地方高校应学习和借鉴他校的经验教训,依托自身的资源优势,培育特色学科;找准办学定位实施差别化发展策略;利用后发优势,采取跨越式发展,在"双一流"建设中有所作为。 As an important part of higher education in China, local universities have developed and expanded continuously in higher education reform, but they are still lagging behind the goal and requirements of "Double First-Class" construction. From the point of view of comparative advantage theories, local universities should rely on their own resource advantages and late-developing advantages, and learn the lessons of other schools to form its unique characteristics. Besides, each school can take differential developing strategies and form the comparative advantages thus converting them into competitive advantages.
