摘要
通过构建大学生课堂学习投入度的生态学模型,分析大学生课堂学习投入度的影响因素包括学生因素、教师因素、同伴因素、长辈因素和环境因素等,因此要增进大学生课堂学习的投入度,必须合理利用"限制因子定律",重构课堂教学的生态平衡;遵循"耐度与最适度"原则,构建以学生为本的课堂教学;克服"花盆效应",营造良好的课堂生态环境。
An ecological model is constructed to analyze the factors influencing college students’ classroom learning engagement such as student factors, teacher factors, peer factors, elders and environmental factors. It is proposed that the regulation of constraining factors should be properly used to reconstruct the ecological balance of classroom teaching and that the principle of endurance and appropriateness should be observed to build up classroom teaching centering on students.
