摘要
集成和研发一种新型自容式锚链监测传感器,用于测量水下锚链张力及在波浪作用下的特性,克服了目前其他监测手段无法准确地反映海流、海浪对系泊的影响,不能抵抗台风等缺点,并成功在中国流花油田"南海挑战"号浮式生产平台(FPS)锚链上实施,实现采用水下机器人(ROV)进行自容式传感器拆卸,对得到的监测数据进行分析可知该水下监测系统可准确得到锚链在波浪作用下的频域特征,这种监测方案和原理可延伸应用于其他相关参数和水下结构的监测。
A novel self-contained sensor used for monitoring the tension and characteristics of the mooring chain under the wave is designed and manufactured.It overcomes the shortcomings of other current monitoring methods such as the inaccurate reflection of the impact of ocean waves and currents on mooring and the irresistibility against typhoon.This monitoring sensor is installed on the mooring chain of Floating Production System(FPS)"Nanhai Tiaozhan"and it can be installed and disassembled by Remote Operated Vehicle(ROV).The monitoring data show that using underwater monitoring system the frequency domain characteristics of the mooring chains are accurately acquired.This self-contained sensor for mooring chain monitoring and its methodology could be easily extended to application on other concerned parameters and underwater structure.
