摘要
常规的预报方法是基于OCIMF规范图谱插值求得各载荷系数,繁琐且效率低。通过计算机编程实现OCIMF环境载荷系数图谱的程序化求取。对比程序计算结果与图谱插值结果发现,风载荷系数最大误差为6.86%,流载荷系数最大误差为5.83%,结果满足工程精度要求,为海洋结构物风载荷与流载荷的快速预报提供有效的工具,具有较好的工程实用价值。
Interpolating in OCIMF graph,the load coefficient is obtained in traditional method which is of time consuming and low efficiency.OCIMF environmental load coefficient graph is acquired using computer programming.Comparing program calculation results with graph interpolation result,the maximum error of wind load coefficient is 6.86% while the maximum error of flow load coefficient is 5.83% respectively.The results meet the requirement of engineering accuracy and have certain engineering practical value for quick prediction of wind load and current load.
