Application of Optimized Preloading Operation Method on Jack-up Rig

对渤海某自升式平台预压操作进行研究,在确保作业安全和预压效果的前提下,从逻辑合理性和操作适用性考虑,分析传统预压操作程序的欠缺之处,提出优化预压操作程序并进行应用。通过多次生产实践,证实优化后的预压操作程序在保证相同预压效果的前提下更便捷、更高效。

The preloading operation in one of the jack-up rigs in Bohai bay is studied.On the premise of ensuring operation safety and preloading effect,taking consideration of logical rationality and operational applicability,the disadvantages of the traditional preloading operation procedures are analyzed.An optimized preloading operation procedure and the application research are proposed.It is proved that the optimized preloading operation procedure is more convenient and efficient on the premise of ensuring the same preloading effect through many practice applications.
