摘要
炼化装置操作人员的技能素质不仅是炼化装置"安、稳、长、满、优"运行的基本保证,还直接关系到企业安全生产、经济效益和员工切身利益。安庆石化炼油一部结合实际积极探索装置操作人员技能素质提升培训新理念、新方法,全面推行系统化操作培训,提高员工岗位操作胜任能力、应急处置能力,有效解决了装置生产能力增加与人员减少的矛盾,保证了装置安全优质运行,取得了良好的经济效益。
The competency of the technical personnel in refining and chemical plants is not only the basic guarantee for "safe, stable, long, full, and excellent" operation of the plant, but is also directly related to the enterprise’s safe production and economic benefits as well as the vital interests of the employees. The Refining Division One of Anqing Petrochemical actively explores new training concepts and methods for enhancing the unit operators’ skills and competency, and fully implements training on systemic operation, in an effort to enhance employees’ job competency and emergency response capability. These measures have effectively solved issues brought by increase in unit processing capacity and decrease in personnel count, ensured the safe and high-quality operation of the units, and achieved good economic results.
