摘要
厂务公开是企业管理的重要组成部分,是企业全面可持续发展的关键推动力量。尤其是当前国有企业改革处于攻坚期、深水区,想要打赢扭亏脱困、分离移交、瘦身健体攻坚战,更加需要深入探索实施“公开解难题,民主促发展”的原则和方法,本文从四个方面对如何把握厂务公开相关要素的辩证关系进行了论述。
Making factory affairs transparent is an important part of corporate management, and is the key driving force for the comprehensive and sustainable development of enterprises. Especially at a time when the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered the deep-water zone where tough challenges must be met, there is a heightened need to explore and implement the principles and methods of "solving problems in an open way, and promoting development through democracy" in a bid to successfully reverse losses, separate functions and slim down. The paper discusses how to grasp the dialectical relationship between the elements of factory affairs disclosure from four aspects.
