Practice and Thoughts on Improving the Quality of Party Building Work

习近平总书记强调,全面从严治党要在国有企业落实落地,必须从党的基本组织、基本队伍、基本制度严起,在打牢基础、补齐短板上下功夫。中国石化北京化工研究院党委认真落实习总书记重要指示精神,坚持大抓基层、大抓支部鲜明导向,突出抓责任、抓质量、抓实效,注重融入中心、下沉重心、凝聚人心,推动政治优势转化为发展优势,进行了一些有益的实践与探索,力求把基层党组织打造成为坚强战斗堡垒。

In order to consolidate the building of grassroots organizations and strengthen the key role of Party branches, the Party committee of SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry has been working to follow up on the National State-owned Enterprises Party-building Work Conference and SINOPEC’s Grassroots Party Branches Building Work Conference. By adhering to the principles of "consolidating foundation, striving for excellence, being down-to-earth, and improving efficiency" and upholding the requirements of strengthening grassroots Party organizations and "engaging Party branches in all Party work", the Party committee of the Institute has steadily and vigorously promoted the building of grassroots Party branches to further improve the quality of Party building work, providing strong support for the scientific and technological innovation, reform and development in the Institute.
