摘要
为了探究生物炭对水泥材料的强度影响,通过制备200℃~700℃热解温度的生物炭以不同掺量(1%、5%、10%)替代水泥,对养护11d、28d、36d的试块进行抗压强度测试。试验结果表明,生物炭的加入对试块强度有明显提升,且随着养护时间的增加提升效果愈为显著,但试块强度随着生物炭掺量的增加而降低。
In order to explore the influence of biochar on the strength of cement materials, the preparation of 11 d, 28 d and 36 d for the maintenance of 11 d, 28 d and 36 d by replacing the cement with different dosages (1%, 5%, 10%) of biochar at 200℃~700℃ pyrolysis temperature. The block was tested for compressive strength. The test results show that the addition of biochar has a significant improvement on the strength of the test piece, and the effect is enhanced with the increase of curing time, but the strength of the test piece decreases with the increase of biochar content.
