摘要
红黏土膨润土塑性件混凝土是一种典型的塑性工程材料,在土石坝防渗工程中利用红黏土膨润土塑性件混凝土制作的防渗墙,具有一定的抗压能力、抗渗能力和较低的弹性模量,其参数均可以通过调节红黏土含量进行人为控制,以达到抑制渗漏、管涌的目的,且能承受一定荷载。在水泥含量一定(150kg/m3)的条件下,对红黏土含量分别为0、30、60、90、120、150、180和210kg/m^3的红黏土膨润土塑性件混凝土进行单轴压缩试验及渗透系数试验,分析不同红黏土含量下红黏土膨润土塑性混凝土防渗墙对土石坝力学行为及防渗效果的影响效应,以期为实际工程提供参考和借鉴。
Red clay bentonite plastic part concrete is a typical plastic engineering material. It has many advantages to be made into impervious wall in earth-rock dam impervious engineering. It has certain compressive and impervious ability, and has lower elastic modulus. These parameters can be controlled artificially by adjusting the content of red clay, so as to achieve the function of controlling leakage and piping. And it can bear a certain load. In this paper, the uniaxial compression test and permeability coefficient test of red clay bentonite plastic parts concrete with certain cement content (150 kg/m^3) were carried out under the conditions of 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 , 180 and 210 kg/m 3 respectively. The effects of different red clay content on clay-bentonite plastic concrete impervious wall were summarized and analyzed. The influence of dam mechanical behavior and seepage control effect. It has a good guiding significance for engineering practice.
