中医在恶性肿瘤全程管理中的运用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Whole Process Management of Malignant Tumors

恶性肿瘤是严重威胁我国居民健康的主要慢性疾病。全程管理是建立在肿瘤规范化诊疗基础上的全新治疗策略,强调多学科合作,突出系统性、长期性,贯穿于疾病诊断到康复的全过程,是治疗规范化与个体化的高度统一,它从对患者的阶段性治疗上升到肿瘤的全程管理,形成了兼顾患者身心的全程健康管理体系。中医在恶性肿瘤全程管理中的运用体现在以病为纲、病证结合、辨证论治的诊疗思维;中医整体观念与整体调节的防治手段;治未病理念指导下的早期干预;把握扶正攻邪的平衡与博弈四方面。运用时应基于肿瘤各阶段的核心病机,树立相应的防治理念。

Malignant tumor, as a main chronic disease, seriously threatens the health of Chinese people. Based on the standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors, the whole process management is a brand new treatment strategy. It emphasizes multi-disciplinary cooperation, highlights the systematic and long-term treatment, and goes through the whole process of disease from diagnosis to rehabilitation, as a highly unified treatment standardization and individualization. It rises from the stage treatment of patients to the whole-course management of tumors, and forms a whole-course health management system that takes into account both physical and mental health of patients. The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the whole process management of malignant tumors is reflected in the following four aspects: the diagnostic and therapeutic thinking based on disease, the combination of disease and syndrome, and the differentiation of symptoms and signs;the prevention and treatment methods of TCM holistic concept and holistic regulation;the early intervention under the guidance of the concept of pre-treatment;and the strengthening of the body resistance. The application should be based on the core pathogenesis of each stage of cancer, and establish the corresponding prevention and treatment concept.
