新时代背景下,世界需要聆听中国,中国需要参与世界,中国和世界正处于一个新的历史起点之上。党的十八大以来,随着改革开放的不断深入,中国更是积极寻求与世界的互动,创造性地提出了“人类命运共同体”思想。该思想作为我们党在新时代背景下提出的治国理政新理念,不仅发展了马克思主义理论,推动了中国特色大国外交的创新,同时更将进一步推动“中国梦”与“世界梦”的有机融合,进一步塑造中国负责任的大国形象,进一步彰显中国道路的世界意义。
