广西10年生杂交桉无性系木材纤维特征及变异研究 被引量:3

Studies on the Variation of Wood Fiber Characteristics in 10-year-old Eucalyptus Hybrid Clones in Guangxi

摘要 对10个10a生桉树杂交桉无性系木材纤维特征进行检测分析,结果表明:10a生无性系木材纤维长度变化范围为878.24~1068.75μm,变异系数为5.09%,均值为981.05μm。纤维长度最大的无性系为GL9,最小的无性系为SH1;木材纤维宽度变化范围为14.26~17.94μm,均值为16.20μm,变异系数为7.15%,木材纤维宽度最大的无性系为DH33-27,最小无性系为SH1;纤维双壁厚变化范围为6.47~7.58μm,均值为6.98μm,变异系数为5.22%,最大的无性系为DH32-13,最小无性系为SH1。各无性系3个不同部位纤维长、宽度、双壁厚径向变异上整体表现为:边材>中材>心材。木材纤维3个指标对应的无性系重复力和单株重复力均在0.96以上,稳定性极高。 Wood fiber characteristics of 10 Eucalyptus hybrid clones were analyzed. The results showed that the wood fiber lengths among 10-year-old trees of these clones ranged from 878.24 to 1 068.75 μm, with the coefficient of variation and mean value being 5.09% and 981.05 μm respectively. Clone GL9 had the longest wood fibers, while clone SH1 had the shortest fibers. Wood fiber widths ranged from 14.26 to 17.94 μm, with the coefficient of variation and the mean value being 7.15% and 16.20 μm respectively. Clone DH33-27 had the widest wood fibers while the clone with the narrowest fibers was SH1. Fiber double wall thickness ranged from 6.47 to 7.58 μm with the mean value being 6.98 μm and the coefficient of variation being 5.22%. The fiber double wall thickness of clone DH32-13 was the highest while fibers of clone SH1 had the lowest double wall thickness. Overall, fiber length, width and double wall thickness in different parts of the tree stems generally followed the pattern of sapwood > middle wood > heart wood. The clonal repeatability and the individual repeatability of the three wood fiber traits were all above 0.96, indicating high clonal stability of these traits.
