酸柏栀油软胶囊对2型糖尿病肾病大鼠的作用

The effect of soft capsule of compound oil of jujube,arboruitae,and gardenia on diabetic nephropathy rats

目的探究酸柏栀油软胶囊对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠的作用。方法60只4周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和模型组,运用高糖高脂饲料联合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备DN模型。成模后大鼠随机分为模型对照组、阳性对照组、酸柏栀油软胶囊高、中、低剂量组。正常对照组和模型对照组给予等量生理盐水,阳性对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍、酸柏栀油软胶囊高、中、低剂量组分别给予不同剂量酸柏栀油软胶囊灌胃。干预8w末,检测大鼠血糖、血脂、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果在干预末,各给药组体重均显著高于模型对照组(P<0.05),酸柏栀油软胶囊高剂量组体重、血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、BUN与阳性对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸柏栀油软胶囊具有改善DN大鼠糖代谢、脂代谢紊乱的作用,能促进糖尿病大鼠肾功能的恢复。

Objective To study the effect of soft capsule of compound oil of jujube,arboruitae,and gardenia on diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods Sixty four-week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control and model groups.Diabetic nephropathy model was established by high-sugar and high-fat diet combined with low-dose STZ.The rats were randomly divided into model control,positive control and different dosage groups of compound oil of soft capsule of compound oil of jujube,arboruitae,and gardenia.The normal control and model control groups were given the same amount of saline.The positive control group was given metformin hydrochloride and the intervention groups were given different doses of Soft capsule of compound oil of jujube,arboruitae,and gardenia.After 8 weeks of intervention,the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,creatinine and urea nitrogen were measured. Results At the end of the intervention,the body weight of each intervention group was higher than that of model control group ( P <0.05).There were no significant differences in body weight,blood glucose,HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,BUN between high dose group and positive control group ( P >0.05),but there were significant differences between high dose group and model group ( P <0.05). Conclusions soft capsule of compound oil of jujube,arboruitae,and gardenia could improve glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism disorders in diabetic nephropathy rats,and promote the recovery of renal function in diabetic rats.
