培育壮大河北省县域经济发展的内生动力

Focus on the Four Supports to Excavate and Release the Internal Power of County Economy Development in Hebei Province

县域经济是河北省经济社会发展中的薄弱环节,也是实现河北省高质量发展的潜力所在。县域经济高质量发展必须依托四大支撑:高效政府服务、持续改革创新、统筹城乡发展和适时产业结构调整。文章以补齐河北省县域经济高质量发展四大支撑的短板为切入点,提出了深入挖掘和充分释放河北省县域经济发展自身内在动力的对策建议。

County economy is the weak link in the economic and social development of Hebei Province, and also the potential to achieve high-quality development of Hebei Province. The high-quality development of county economy must rely on four major supports: efficient government service, continuous reform and innovation, overall planning of urban and rural development and timely industrial restructuring. In this study, starting from the shortcomings of the four major supports for the high-quality development of county economy in Hebei Province, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further tapping and fully releasing the internal impetus of county economy development in Hebei Province.
