基于关系嵌入视角的农户生产经营能力提升研究——以浙江省203家农户调研数据为例

Research on the Improvement of Farmer’s Production and Management Capability Based on Perspective of Relation Embedding——A Case Study of 203 Farmers in Zhejiang Province

在乡村振兴战略背景下,文章以农户为研究对象,将农户的生产经营能力作为被解释变量,考察了关系嵌入对农户生产经营能力的作用。通过浙江省203家农户的问卷调查,并进行结构方程模型分析,结果发现:知识转化和获得外部资源对农户生产经营能力有显著的正向影响,并且关系嵌入对农户知识转化和获得外部资源有显著的正向影响。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes the farmers as the research object,and re gards the production and management capacity of the farmers as the explanatory variables,and examines the role of the rela tionship embedding in the production and management capabilities of the farmers. Through a questionnaire survey of 203 rural households in Zhejiang province and a structural equation model analysis,it was found that:Knowledge transformation and ac cess to external resources have a significant positive impact on farmers’production and management capabilities,and the rela tionship embedding has a significant positive impact on farmers’knowledge transfer and access to external resources.
