“互联网+”驱动中国旅游产业创新的效率研究 被引量:25

摘要 “互联网+”所形成的科技进步与模式创新,成为推动旅游产业创新的代表性因素,文章提取“信息技术”和“共享经济”两大要素为解析“互联网+”效益的突破口,运用面板数据,打破传统DEA测度效率时忽视系统内部结构和运行机理的局限,采用NSBM模型和ML指数模型,对2010-2016年间中国30个省级地区旅游产业创新效率进行评价。研究结果表明:中国省级地区旅游产业创新效率在测度期实现稳步增长,总体呈现出东部高于中西部,西部优于中部的分布格局;影响旅游产业创新的多样化和复杂化因素要求各地区应该实施差异化创新战略;信息技术和共享经济两个子阶段效率均衡发展是旅游产业创新整体效率水平提升的重要因素。 The technological progress and mode innovation formed by“Internet Plus Ear”become the representative factor to promote the innovation of tourism industry. The two key elements of“ information technology”and“ sharing the economy”are the breakthrough of analyzing the benefits of“ Internet Plus Ear”.Using panel data,and break the limitation of the internal structure and operation mechanism of the traditional DEA measurement efficiency,and adopt the NSBM model and the ML in dex model,this paper evaluates the innovation efficiency of tourism industry in 30 provinces of China from 2010 to 2016. The results show that:the innovation efficiency of tourism industry in provincial areas of China has achieved steady growth in the measurement period,showing a general distribution pattern that the eastern part is higher than the central and western parts, and the western part is better than the central part;the diversification and complexity factors that affect the innovation of tour ism industry require that different regions should implement the strategy of innovation;the balanced development of efficiency in the two sub-stages of information technology and shared economy is an important factor to improve the overall efficiency of tourism industry innovation.
