旅游服务村的空间属性与发展对策探讨

The Spatial Attributes and Development Strategy of Tourism Service Village

结合近年来乡村旅游发展形势,提出旅游服务村的概念,指依托周边景区的客源市场、以旅游服务为主导产业、结合自身景观资源进行开发建设的乡村类型,从而进一步探讨景区周边乡村的发展困境与对策。通过实地调研、访谈、文献查阅与归纳等方法,分析了传统乡村演变为旅游服务村的过程,呈现出“功能融合”与“形态扩展”两种演变特征,反映出旅游服务村的景区依赖性和商业引导性的形成以及传统乡村属性的继承发展等空间属性变化。在此基础上,针对缺少独立旅游吸引物、景观风格杂乱夸张、景村联系不够紧密等问题,从艺术介入优化产业模式、完善配套服务设施、营造乡村风貌的整体性、构建景村互利的城郊旅游体系等方面提出相应的发展对策。

Combined with the development of rural tourism in recent years, we put forward the concept of tourism service village, which refers to the type of village that relies on the peripheral scenic tourist market, taking the tourism industry as the leading industry, combined with their own landscape resources for development and construction, so we can further discuss the development dilemma and countermeasures of villages surrounding scenic spots. Through on-the-spot investigation, interview, literature review and induction method, we analyze the evolution process from traditional village to tourism service, it presents two evolution characteristics "functional integration" and "form extension", which reflects the spatial attributes changing of tourism service village: the formation of scenic dependence and commercial guidance, besides, the inheritance and development of traditional villages. On this basis, facing lack of independent tourist attractions, landscape style mixed and disorderly problem such as hyperbole, insufficient contact between scenic spots and villages, we put forward the corresponding development countermeasures of art intervention to optimize industry pattern, perfect supporting facilities, the integrity of the rural culture construction, build village scene mutually beneficial system of suburban tourism etc..
