硫酸装置在大修后开车或因计划检修长时间停车后再开车,因转化温度降低,特别是大修后开车时,转化器二、三段进口温度未达指标要求,尾气二氧化硫控制就会不稳定,短时间内会超标,且烟羽外观较差。通过原因分析,提出整改措施,保证硫酸装置长时间停车后开车尾气达到环保要求。
