摘要
针对王家岭煤矿综掘工作面原有综掘机外喷雾压力低、工作压力不能满足《煤矿安全规程》要求,以及降尘效率较低等问题,在分析大断面煤巷掘进工作面产尘特点的基础上,采用二次负压喷雾降尘技术对其进行改造,重点开展了综掘机高效喷雾降尘装置、喷雾降尘工艺参数,以及机载喷雾降尘系统配套工艺等方面的研究,最终提出适用于大断面煤巷掘进工作面的高压外喷雾降尘技术及工艺。应用结果表明,在最佳工艺参数条件下,综掘机司机位置的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘单项降尘措施的降尘效率可分别由57.03%和51.83%提高至81.10%和76.90%,综合降尘效率可分别由94.39%和91.03%提高至97.85%和93.32%。
In view of such problems as low external spray pressure of the original comprehensive excavator, working pressure failing to meet the requirements of “coal mine safety regulations”, and low dust removal efficiency in Wangjialing Coal Mine, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of dust production in the large section coal lane, the secondary negative pressure atomization dust removal technology is adopted to transform it. The research focuses on the high efficiency spray and dust removal device of the integrated excavator, the spray and dust removal process parameters, and the supporting process of the airborne spray and dust removal system, finally, the high pressure external spray dust removal technology that suitable for large section coal lane working face are put forward. The application results show that under the optimal process parameters, the dust removal efficiency of the single total dust and respiratory dust at the position of the driver of the integrated excavator can be improved from 57.03% and 51.83% to 81.10% and 76.90% respectively. The comprehensive dust removal efficiency can be improved from 94.39% and 91.03% to 97.85% and 93.32% respectively.
