中国煤炭产量处于不断优化调整期,煤炭价格日趋平稳,煤炭开采逐步进入绿色、安全、高效和有序状态,煤炭利用步入清洁、低碳的发展轨道。通过分析近 10 年中国能源生产结构、电煤价格指数、采矿行业工资及科研方向,表明煤炭所占国家能源比重将会进一步降低,但仍是主要能源,能源结构将呈现煤、油、天然气、无碳能源(水电、风电、核电等)四足鼎立的格局。煤炭开发过程更加注重绿色开采和社会责任,煤炭行业待遇偏低,理应尽快建立竞争有序的煤炭市场体系,促使煤炭行业成为人才向往的行业。

The Chinese coal production is in a period of continuous optimization and adjustment, the coal price becomes more and more stable, coal mining has gradually entered a green, safe, efficient and orderly state, and coal utilization is also turning to a clean and low-carbon direction. Through the analysis of domestic energy production structure, thermal coal price index, mining industry wages and scientific research direction in recent 10 years, it is shown that the proportion of coal in national energy will be further reduced, but it will still be the main energy, while the oil, natural gas and other carbon-free energies including hydroelectric, wind power, nuclear power become equally important. The coal development process pays more attention to green mining and social responsibility, and the coal industry has low treatment. Therefore, it is reasonable to establish a competitive and orderly coal market as soon as possible, so as to make the coal industry become an industry desired by talents.
