摘要
为减少重质碳酸钙表面的锐利棱角和在粉碎过程中形成的晶体解理面,采用表面纳米修饰方法,在Ca(OH)2-CO2-H2O体系中制备了表面纳米修饰重质碳酸钙,并表征包覆前后颗粒的表面形貌。研究表明,纳米修饰后,重质碳酸钙表面的棱角被钝化,晶体解理面减少;在重质碳酸钙颗粒表面上生成纳米碳酸钙粒子使得重质碳酸钙颗粒的粒径变大;经硬脂肪酸表面改性后碳酸钙样品的粒径增大。
In order to decrease the edge angle and cleavage plane in the surface the of calcium carbonate particle,the nano-surface modification method was used in Ca(OH)2-CO 2-H 2O system,the nano-surface modified calcium carbonate was prepared and the surface morphology was investigated by SEM.The results indicated that the edge angle and cleavage plane in the surface of calcium carbonate particle decreased after modified in Ca(OH)2-CO 2-H 2O system,the particle size of the nano-surface modified calcium carbonate was larger than the calcium carbonate before modification,and the particle size of the calcium carbonate with diameter 500 mesh modified by the fatty acids was larger than that of the calcium carbonate sample.
