激光熔覆技术制备非晶涂层的研究进展与展望 被引量:11

摘要 本文简要介绍了非晶合金的性能和特征以及制备大块非晶合金的局限性,对比热喷涂、化学镀及电镀等工艺,重点综述了国内外在金属基体上通过激光熔覆技术制备Fe基、Zr基和Ni基非晶涂层的研究进展,系统分析激光熔覆工艺参数(如激光功率密度、扫描速度等)和微合金化元素种类、含量对非晶涂层的形貌、组织结构及性能的影响。最后本文指出激光熔覆技术制备非晶涂层的发展趋势应体现在成分设计、工艺优化、组织性能调控及基础理论研究方面。 The characteristics and properties of amorphous alloys as well as the limitations of preparing bulk amorphous alloys were briefly introduced in this paper.Compared with the thermal spraying,electroless plating and electroplating process,the preparation of Fe-based,Zr-based and Ni-based amorphous coatings by laser cladding techniques on metal substrates were mainly reviewed.The effects of laser cladding process parameters(such as laser power density and scanning rates)and micro-alloying elements type and content on the morphologies,microstructure and properties of the amorphous coatings were systematically discussed.Finally,the development trend of laser cladding technology to prepare amorphous coating should be focused on composition design,process optimization,the regulation of structure and properties and basic theoretical research of the laser cladding amorphous coatings.
