Synthesis of Silver Nanowires Without the Aid of Halogen Ion and Their Application in the Flexible Transparent Conductive Film

摘要 本研究未采用传统的卤素离子作为助剂,而直接以硝酸银、三水合硝酸铜和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为反应物,并对反应条件进行深入探索,最终成功合成出线径在200~300nm,线长在10~120μm,长径比在50~500范围内的银纳米线。其中,Cu2^+的添加有助于银十面双晶结构的稳定,从而促进纳米银线的形成。采用该类型的银纳米线制成的透明导电电极展现出良好的透明度及导电性能,在柔性透明导电薄膜中具有较好的潜在应用价值。 In this work,silver nitrate,copper nitrate trihydrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone ( PVP) were directly applied as the reactants but without the aid of halogen ion and the reaction conditions were explored in details. Eventually,silver nanowires with the diameter of 200-300 nm,the length of 10-120 μm,and the aspect ratio of 50-500 were successfully synthesized. The addition of Cu^2+contributes to the stabilization of decahedral twin structure and the formation of silver nanowires.The transparent conductive electrode fabricated by using this type of silver nanowires exhibited favorable transparency and conductivity;indicating their potential applications in flexible transparent conductive film.
