摘要
固体火箭发动机燃气温度可高达3000K,这对发动机的热防护工作提出了极为苛刻的要求。本工作针对一种高延伸率柔性耐烧蚀涂料,在不同固化时间、不同固化温度、不同固化剂含量及不同拉伸速率等条件下,对其拉伸性能进行了深入的研究。结果发现,固化时间、固化剂含量对该涂料的拉伸性能影响不大;但是固化温度从80℃提高至150℃,固化时间为6h的条件下,拉伸强度提高了90%;加载速率从5mm/min提高到10mm/min时,拉伸强度提高了3.5%,然而延伸率降低了55%。因此,固化温度和加载速率应该是影响材料拉伸性能的重要因素。
The temperature of solid rocket motor gas can be as high as 3 000 K,which puts extremely stringent requirements on the thermal protection of the engine. In this work,the tensile properties of a high elongation flexible ablation resistant coating under different curing times,different curing temperatures,different curing agent contents and different stretching rates were studied. It was found that the curing time and curing agent content have little effect on the tensile properties of the coating. But the curing temperature was increased from 80 ℃ to 150 ℃,under the curing time of 6 h,the tensile strength increased by 90%;and when the loading rate was increased from 5 mm/min to 10 mm/min,the tensile strength was increases by 3.5%,the elongation was actually reduced by 55%. Therefore,the curing temperature and loading rate should be important factors influencing the tensile properties of the coating.
