摘要
介绍一种平面车载雷达天线伺服系统的结构设计和伺服控制方法。该方法将天线在运输时收藏在车辆侧边以满足车辆运输要求。着重介绍了该雷达转台的伺服结构设计要点,给出了伺服控制实现的硬件和软件构成及指向误差分析。本雷达转台通过双丝杆升降同步机构以及方位和俯仰驱动形式实现雷达转台的架设状态和正常工作的双轴驱动功能,为结构设计师和伺服控制设计师提供一种新设计思路,解决类似雷达的转台伺服设计难题。
The structure design and servo control method of the servo system of a planar vehicle-borne radar antenna are introduced. The antenna is on the side of the vehicle during transportation to meet the requirements of vehicle transportation. The main points of the servo structure design of the radar turntable are described emphatically, and the hardware and software composition of the servo control and the analysis of pointing error are given. The biaxial drive function of the radar turntable is realized during installation and normal operation through the lifting synchronization mechanism of the double screw rod and the azimuth and elevation drive, providing a new design idea for structural and servo control designers to solve the servo design problem of radar turntable.
