摘要
介绍了基于正负三角波冲击谱和有限元计算的抗冲击设计方法。采用该方法对某舰载雷达天线转台进行冲击仿真分析,得到天线转台的冲击响应,并以冲击响应的应力幅值为优化目标进行优化计算,最终使得天线转台满足使用要求,为复杂设备的抗冲击设计提供了基础性的设计、优化。
A shock-resistant method based on plus-minus triangular wave shock spectrum and finite element calculation is designed. The antenna turntable of some shipborne radar is simulated and analyzed with this method to obtain the shock response. The stress amplitude of the shock response is optimized to make the antenna turntable meet the application requirements, providing a basic design method for the shock-resistant optimization of complex equipment.
