薄壁裂缝线源成型的预反变形研究

摘要 分析了薄壁裂缝线源的变形原因,提出了采用预反变形提高薄壁裂缝线源成型精度的工艺方法。基于显式非线性动力分析程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立有限元模型,模拟了薄壁波导的预反变形过程,进行了回弹量计算,确定了工装设计尺寸。通过产品的实物加工,验证了该工艺的可行性和数值模拟的准确性、工装设计的可靠性。应用该工艺方法成型后的薄壁裂缝线源其变形量得到有效控制,成型精度显著提高。 The cause of deformation of the thin-walled slot array is analyzed, and a method of improving the forming precision of the thin-wall slot array with the pre-reverse deformation is proposed. Based on the explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis program ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the finite element model is established. The pre-reverse deformation process of the thin-wall waveguide is simulated, the spring back computation is made, and the tooling design size is determined. The feasibility of the process, the accuracy of the numerical simulation, and the reliability of the tooling design are verified through the physical processing of the product. The deformation of the thin-wall slot array formed with this method is effectively controlled, and the forming precision is remarkably improved.
