摘要
针对某型号发动机推力室缩尺试验中需要采用大流量低温氢气问题设计制作了一种静态混合器,用于制取低温氢气。采用数值模拟计算了混合器的工作状态,得到混合器的流场及温度分布。经过试验验证,得到了混合器的进出口压力曲线及出口的温度曲线,并与计算结果进行了比对。结果表明:混合器的混合情况达到预期,可以用于制取大流量低温氢气。
A large amount of low temperature hydrogen is needed in the thrust chamber test of a certain type of engine. A static mixer is designed for this problem to prepare low temperature hydrogen. The working state of the mixer is calculated by numerical simulation, and the flow field and temperature distribution of the mixer are obtained. The experimental results show that the inlet and outlet pressure curves of the mixer and the temperature profile of the mixer outlet are obtained. The results are compared with the numerical calculations. Experiments show that the mixing of the mixer is expected and can be used to produce large flow of low temperature hydrogen.
